Portioned at 12 / 3 ounce cakes per box - FROZEN. These Maryland-style cakes are produced with blue-claw meat and seasoned with mustard and "old bay" for that eastern shore flavor. Thaw in the refrigerator, brush with melted butter and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes to heat through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. You can prepare these cakes by following the cooking video but we like them better baked. Try both ways and you decide.
